We are seeking a strategic financial leader to architect our funding strategy, manage investor relations, and ensure operational profitability as we scale to 30 sites.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute multi-round fundraising strategies (Seed to Series B).
- Lead investor relations and manage the digital data room.
- Oversee financial modeling for site acquisitions and modular rollouts.
- Manage budget allocation across technology, marketing, and operations.
- Ensure full compliance with European financial and tax regulations.
- Drive profitability analysis per unit and per location clusters.
Experience Requirements
- 5-10+ years in high-level financial management or CFO roles.
- Proven track record in successful VC or PE fundraising.
- Experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, or PropTech is a major plus.
- Strong understanding of European market structures and compliance.
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into strategic decisions.
- Fluent in English; French or German is highly desirable.

CMO / Marketing
We need a storyteller and a brand architect. You will define how the world sees Cubemotel and drive our guest acquisition strategy across the continent.

- Experience managing advertising budgets with high ROI focus.

COO / Operations
You are the engine of our expansion. Your role is to operationalize our modular rollout and ensure a world-class guest experience at every site.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the physical rollout of units at Secured Pilot sites.
- Manage site managers, housekeeping, and local maintenance teams.
- Standardize SOPs for guest check-in, turnover, and facility management.
- Oversee logistics and unit delivery schedules with manufacturing partners.
- Negotiate and manage local supplier and partner relationships.
- Implement and optimize our smart management app on-site.
Experience Requirements
- 5-10+ years in Hotel, Campsite, or Property Management.
- Narbonne-Carcassonne region resident or knowledge preferred.
- Proven experience in scaling multi-location operations.
- Strong people management and recruitment skills.
- Hands-on problem solver with ability to manage field operations.
- Bilingual French/English is essential.

- Refine modular unit blueprints for mass production and sustainability.
- Design site masterplans that integrate units into natural landscapes.
- Manage carbon-neutral certifications and ESG environmental compliance.
- Research and source bio-based, recycled, and local materials.
- Oversee permitting and architectural filings for new site acquisitions.
- Drive R&D for next-generation off-grid energy and water systems.
Experience Requirements
- Degree in Architecture, Environmental Science, or Civil Engineering.
- Strong portfolio in sustainable or modular construction projects.
- Knowledge of European building codes and eco-regulations.
- Experience with BIM software and modular prefab workflows.
- Passion for regenerative design and zero-waste architecture.
- Fluent in English; French or Spanish is a plus.
